About Us

To book an event with us please complete the booking inquiry form under the info tab on our page or give us a call. A member of our team will be in contact with you within 48 hours.

Yes. A 25% non-refundable deposit will be required to reserve your date. The remaining balance will be due 2 weeks prior to your event date.

Once you complete your inquiry form a member from our team will give you a call. If you decide to move forward with our services, we will send you over our contract and liability waiver for your event. Your date is reserved once we receive your 25% deposit + damage protection fee along with your signed contract and liability waiver.

Please note that if you do not submit payment and contract within 48 hours you risk losing your date.

Delivery Fee: A delivery fee will be added to rentals and will vary based on distance

Damage Protection Fee: A $250 is added to all invoices. This fee is FULLY REFUNDABLE as long as at the time of pickup, our equipment is clean and damage free.

Outdoor Fee: An additional fee of $75 is added for all outdoor events

Taxes: Taxes are not included in our prices listed and will be added to your invoice based on event price

We recommend allowing us at least a 1 hour window for set up to ensure everything if perfect for your party

Soft Play Areas: All soft play areas are designed for up to 5 years old

Bounce Houses: Bounce houses vary depending on the size you rent, this will be discussed and reviewed in your rental agreement

All equipment is cleaned and sanitized prior to and during the set up process. During the event break down process we clean, sanitize and properly store all of our equipment.

We recommend booking a minimum of 4 weeks in advance. If your event will require customizations, we recommend booking 6-8 weeks in advance.

Our calendar does fill up quickly so it is never too early to book!
